Do you have a bumper sticker/sweatshirt/etc of where your DC goes to college?

Sucks to be you!

I’m the oldest of 6 kids. Growing up, we had a VW Rabbit with all of our college stickers on the back window. Some of us transferred, so there were a lot of stickers. When it finally died, my dad asked for the glass to be removed. It became a table top for a coffee table on the porch. It still fills my parents (alive and happy) with pride. And it’s a great conversation piece.

I love that! What a great idea.

No stickers on cars. I like reading other people's stickers, but I don't want them on my cars.

As to why I bought them... we're immigrants and my oldest had a tough time in school. I want to show that I support him and his hard work. Also I genuinely like the T-shirts I picked out

Absolutely! We are proud of DC and they love the swag. Every car in our neighborhood with a college aged kid has a magnet or emblem.

Car sticker, garden flag, sweatshirt, shirt, and hat. DC is fourth generation at the school. I wear more sports merch. It’s part of the culture for our family.

My mom has all of the grandkid’s school stickers on her car. The residents at her 60+ housing call it the “smart person’s car.”😂 She’s met so many people because of wearing swag from one if the grandkid’s schools—some alum themselves.

^ all of the grandkid’s, not one

No. DC goes to HYPSM. But I couldn't put the sticker on the car. I think people would not like it.

Car magnet
T-shirt
Sweatshirt

Etc.

Our family has lots more (shirts, hats, quarter zips, etc.) to wear to sporting events.

We had a car sticker when DC was there. Have not put one on our new car. Lots of merch from going to games. DH in particular still wears the gear all the time and gets a Go Blue frequently.

I love that! I’m one of 5- we all went to different colleges, and two of us went to grad school. Neighbors asked if my parents collected college stickers for fun! Neither of my parents went to college, and they took a great deal of pride in helping all 5 of us out! Wish we had thought to recycle that ford escape’s bumper.

No, but I certainly plan to get lots of merch from wherever they go. It's fun to have school spirit and pride.

I have one t-shirt. Husband is an alum and has many of the above. Younger sibling is a fan not some sports teams there and has clothes sweatshirts/tshirts (several autographed)
