If you’re a Noah Wyler fan, giving a shout out for Falling Skies kn Netflix. It came out years ago but no one watched it because it was on TNT. The first two seasons are really good. It starts to get a little rambling in later seasons but Wylie is just really good throughout. He plays a BU American history professor and father of 3 who becomes the unlikely leader of a rebel group after an alien invasion kills most of humanit. Lots of lppprtinity for him to give his characteristic gravel voices inspirational soeexhes.

I enjoyed the first two seasons but in season 3 it's getting real. Also that horrible Susan Sarandon subplot.

This is just to give you the background of who is recommending.
I like a mix of old and new: mad men, industry, the middle, homeland, the Americans, the wire, the Pitt, 100 years of solitude, the beauty queen of Jerusalem, what we do in the shadows but only season 1. And of course the big bang theory and young Sheldon. And then what is that show about a snobby intellectual in Seattle who lives with his dad? A sequel to Cheers. Damn I am so forgetful.

Quite the tell on yourself, jfc.

It really was. He also clearly doesn't understand most of the shows he's watching, nor the assignment to provide suggestions for non-offensive airplane watches.

I am a she.
I prefer the shoes without the agenda in my face.
It’s hard to find a totally non offensive show that is also good (non offensive in the sense you used it)

The “mafioso with panic attacks” lol. Never heard of one of the most iconic drama series referred to so casually. It’s The Sopranos, pp. You need some gingko, stat.

Succession and The Sopranos don’t work for me for some reason. I like a good drama btw
Also ginkgo isn’t very effective, read up on some studies

OP here - I liked the first few episodes of Palm Royale but it ran off the rails by the end of season one. It served its purpose but I’m done with it.

Definitely agree with The Good Place and Schitt's Creek if you haven't seen them. Lately I've been enjoying Never Have I Ever.
