Greendland - why not?

If he says save the children, they want to save the children. If he says stop saving the children, they forget about the children. If he says we're not fighting anymore wars, they'll say they're not supporting anymore wars, until he says let's go to war, then they all say yeah, let's go to war! They don't think, they just follow, obey, kiss ass.

They even think Canada wants to become a state.

Treated by who exactly, the vaunted Danish military ? Like it or not, Trump has the “cards” on this one.

NATO
There is no NATO without the US. That’s a reality you can’t deny when you start analyzing the relative military capabilities. T of course knows this.

You're thinking the US would commit to a full scale global conflict? No, they wouldn't. There are more than enough military resources to push back on Trump. And the global sanctions against the US would be crippling. The US would be descend into the relative dark ages for the sole purpose of entertaining the mad king.

The only people who could think this is a good idea are China and Russia. Threatening to invade/"buy"/take over Europe, Canada, Mexico. Turning our allies into enemies? Where is Congress?! Are there any sane people left?

First, why would Greenland want to be part of USA? It sucks here. Denmark has much more to offer - in fact, I wish Denmark would take over the USA.

The entitlement and sense of superiority of people from the United States is astonishing. Disgusting.

WTF are you talking about ? If the US decided to put more installations there it, it would be up to whatever is left to stop them. The French have one aircraft carrier, the Germans have zero, the French carrier would never make it out of port. The rest of NATO is defensive, not offensive. They are deathly afraid of this country called Russia, ever heard of them ? They’re not moving any troops to defend Greenland against the US. That’s a joke.

What does Obama like to say, “elections have consequences.” Honestly, it all goes back to Biden and whoever pulled the strings to keep him in the race that long.

Biden being the sitting POTUS in 2024 was worst case scenario for Dems seeking to retain The White House but it took a lot of misinformed and/or idiot voters to re-elect Trump.

What’s the issue with ”a small population joining the U.S.”? Hahaha!

How about the fact that they are part of DENMARK!!!

Indeed. “The small population over there”. Dude, they are part of Denmark, consistently voted one of the Happiest Countries on Earth. A wealthy country, a kingdom, and they’re the descendants of Vikings. Come on!

Both UK and France have submarines with nuclear missiles that can reach Valdai or wherever Putin is hiding.

Oh yeh right. First, the UK would stay completely out this, they know where their bread is buttered. So that leaves the French to fire nuclear weapons at Russia to save Greenland for Denmark. Good one.

There have been a lot of stupid posts on this thread, but you have truly surpassed them all by a wide margin. Congratulations !

This has to be a Russian or Chinese bot. Anyone who is supporting the Orange Cheeto & MAGA at this point is a TRAITOR to the US.
