Where did the parents and kids in a family attend college?

DH: Drury University (bet no one here has heard of it!)
DD: TBD but probably Fordham or Pitt
DS: only 10th grade

We didn't meet until we were in our mid-20s at work.

I’ll take that bet on Drury. It’s in Springfield, MO. I grew up in KCMO, so it wasn’t unheard of for someone to go there. I knew a girl a year older than I was and who went to a different high school who went there in the late 80s.

DH and I met in college, and I can think of five other couples off the top of my head who met at our school who are still together, three of whom who met on our floor as freshmen.

I'm kind of shocked at all these rich people who went or sent their kids to private colleges. NY had 64 SUNY schools when my brother and I were coming up - we thought it was totally reasonable that our parents said out of 64 surely we could find one that was right for us.

+2 coming from a Baruch and Queens alum couple!
