There were hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants in the country with criminal records when Trump left office. There were also over a million illegal immigrants whi had final orders of removal issued by immigration judges. They left Trump a disaster that he is trying to clean up. ICE is not inciting regular people. The same far left agitators who usually cause disturbances in our streets are targeting ICE agents for doing their jobs.
