Same and same. Why aren't they over here making DC great again? |

I prefer Ward 8 to Ward 7 and you know where I feel the most unsafe? Columbia Heights.

I’m a local journalist. I’m usually across the river at least weekly. Sometimes more often than that.

| We don't visit DC or Maryland. They are both dumps with criminals. |
| I go out to dinner in Ward 8 at least once/month. I’ve also attended the sunset parades at the barracks in the summer. I suspect the critics (including Tr*mf) don’t feel safe at the slightest whiff of weed. |
Imagine voluntarily telling the world you're so cowardly and have such appalling grasp of statistics you voluntarily quarantine yourself and deny yourself access to some of the best parts of our region for absolutely no reason. |
| Ward 8 now includes Navy Yard and even parts of NW, so people should educate themselves on targeting Ward 8 as this crime ridden ward, when it’s quite diversified. I live in a ritzy part of NW, but make it a point to see all parts of my beautiful city and the neighborhoods. This is such a gorgeous city and we should all take time to see it. If you enjoy golf, tennis or jogging you can find that in Ward 8. |
| There are a few restaurants that I really like in Ward 8. It's also the only Art All Night that we attend. We love the one in Ward 8. We live in Ward 4. |
Seriously. They are missing out on some amazing food and people not to mention museums and music. |
I know right? Every time I go to Chevy Chase, I'm terrified.
