They picked the most benign explanation for his symptoms. I think he’s worse off. And truthfully, I hope he’s worse off. When he dies, my only sad thought will be that he never paid for his crimes and the suffering he caused others. I hope he’s at least humiliated by some more embarrassing exposure before he dies.

She's quite good at saying just about anything with a straight face. Some of his previous press secretaries (Spicer, Sanders) would pause awkwardly when they lied. Trump wanted somebody else with the lying ability of Kayleigh McEnany and this is the result.
