Trump diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency following leg swelling What going on? We all know they are lying to us. |
Sounds like he is at higher risk for dvt or cvi. Probably had a narsty leg. Long plane rides are not his friend.
The bruising on hands is likely from blood draws. |
That part is true, and has been going on for some time. His hand has been bruised for quite some time, he has a stiff gait, etc, which indicates an advanced stage of the disease. Plenty of patients live with that for decades. It's not life-threatening if you watch out for blood clots. My mother has had this since before I was born, 45 years ago.
Speaking of blood clots. It can lead to stroke. |
No, blood draws in hands are painful and to be avoided. His arms are likely perfectly fine for bloodwork. I think it's true what the press secretary said about the handshakes. He has fragile vessels and is very susceptible to bruising, and the regular handshakes are bruising his right hand. |
Although now I think about it, the bruise location might not fit the handshake theory. |
In my very short Google search, I saw that CVI is diagnosed after DVT. He's already very sick. |
Who does handshakes in 2025? He never the heard of fist bump? |
No. Plenty are diagnosed due to deep varicose veins and patients never get blood clots. |
That's why he has swelling, is dragging his leg, and has bruising on his hand? From varicose veins? |
Men wearing pants don't show their varicose veins. The swollen lower legs, stiff leg and easy bruising can be indications of chronic venous insufficiency. We don't know whether there are varicose veins, whether there have been blood clots, a stroke or pulmonary embolism. But no head of state reveals a health condition without good reason, so I'm guessing that Trump has an advanced case, and that this is potentially a precursor to announcing, or an attempt to hide, a more serious diagnosis, such as the consequences of a stroke due to a blood clot. |
Soon. |
Well duh. They announce this now to try and extract some sympathy in the vortex of the Epstein files scandal... |
They only offered up this info to distract from Epstein |
