How do we even know what is true anymore? AI can fabricate believable news articles complete with photos and fabricated quotes. The world is getting to be a scary place.

I am glad this man survived. He has a long road ahead.

I read heartbreaking story that he tried to ho back to save his brother. That he tried to get them seats together but could not. He is now having major survivors guilt.

And this is why you should be able to change seats.

There is a new report indicating that it is focusing on movement of the engine fuel control switches (saying that the fuel switches to both the engines may have been manually shut off). If so, this seems to explain pretty clearly why and how the plane crashed.

Are pilots required to undergo frequent mental health screening?

Is that not part of pilot check list when they get in the cockpit?

Or is this some magical hidden switch that no one can easily see??

It is part of a checklist and it’s very visible. The implication of this finding is that this was a purposeful act by someone in the cockpit to disable the engines upon takeoff.

The preliminary report is out. The plane took off, the two engine fuel cutoff switches were flipped to off. One pilot asked, Why did you shut off the engines? The other said, I didn't. Then the plane crashed.

The report states that it makes no recommendations about Boeing or the engines. That is, they were not the reason the plane crashed.

It was released at 1:30 am Friday Saturday morning and the server crashed.

Let’s hear from everyone who was blaming Boeing the day after this happened.

Nothing to say now?

Pathetic losers.

Other pilot was lying clearly

Or he wasn't because there was a defect.

No defect. The report specifically notes that.

It was intentional. And the other pilot knew, as soon as it happened but too late to do anything before the crash.

Oh yawn. Pony up the cash if you want to sit together. Or be poor and sit separate!
