Nearly 60% of Israelis disapprove of Netanyahu

It's actually quite amusing that you share this; their disapproval has little to do with the war crimes and massacre of Palestinians in Gaza.

Anyone who follows Israeli politics knows this.

It's funny to you that the Israeli people want their hostages back and correctly recognize that Netanyahu did not prioritize that?

Netanyahu's genocidal intent doesn't have anything to do with his approval rating

Why are you sticking up for Biden? He was awful and deserves scorn and to be attacked for this.

He and the people in his admin are the Nazi collaborators here. They are responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands. Because it is clear they could have stopped it and choose not to.

He will be remembered for the genocide of Palestinians and as the man who gave us Trump.

Biden was a great man who wanted peace, prosperity and justice for all decent people and who was dealing with the fact that Hamas had U.S. citizen hostages along with Israeli hostages.

I think most of the people bashing Biden here are just Republicans trying to split the opposition to Trump, not people with a sincere interest in helping the Gazans or anyone else.

Republicans love Bide. He gave The White House back to their cult leader. Dems are politically distancing from Biden.

Why do you all keep blaming anti-war Dems? Are we seriously blaming them and not the ruling class that funds all our politicians?

I mean - they either didn't vote or voted for Trump. And now we're in this f'in mess. So yeah. I do blame them. The starvation in Gaza right now is on their stupid hands.

Agree. The anti-war American people aren't too blame for this mess. Our bought and paid for politicians are. There are many, many good and decent people in this world living under the rule of corrupt and/or dysfunctional governments and Americans are among those people. This being said; we do still have it better than most.

You live is a fantasy world. Trump won because of Israeli and right wing Jewish billionaires. We have Trump because of Israel. The good thing is going forward no Dems presidential candidate will be pro Israel. That sh#t is done.

So you two just ignore the fact that the Biden admin lied about working on a ceasefire and now Israel is (once again) boasting about humiliating the US and cementing Biden's evil legacy.

"Attacking" Biden? F*** that genocidal POS. May he burn in hell for what he and the Democrats did which led to the US *deserving* Trump as its karma. You can take off the white hat and stop telling yourself America is the "good guy." This country is the reason there are thousands of dead children and the ones still alive are part of an "exclusive club": Most amputee children and amputated w/ no anesthesia because that's the evil Biden protected and funded. On day one, he spread their propaganda about 40 beheaded babies. That led to a 6yo being stabbed to death within days. Psychos still think Biden did anything involving this genocide in "good faith." He went around freakin' Congress to get more weapons *faster* to those demons. Do you all just lie to yourselves about all of this? This is why Dems are DONE. All you do is wait around for the GOP to f*** up so badly, that that's how you get your support. It's pathetic.

76 years of this tone deaf bullsh*t from brainwashed Americans who've funded this hell to the point of destroying this country on behalf of that hell.

go trump, in other words. bomb it all away and build your cursed beach resort.

+1 Trump wants to wipe Palestine off the face of the earth. How does that help Palestinians?

Also, if you think the Trump and his administration would never lie about anything, I've got a bridge to sell you.

Trump sucks! He is a miserable pos, scum of the earth, and yes, this genocide is now on him as well.

But the subject of this thread is Biden. And how he and his team lied to the American people, ignored their own US laws , and disregarded the lives of Americans like Hersh and Jacob Flickinger, to enable this genocide. That was Biden. And Harris quite literally said she wouldn’t do anything different.

oh yeah there's that other 500 page thread about trump and gaza

oh no wait there isn't. nothing. still just carping on biden - not a word about trump, except when you're called out then it's literally one word about trump, then back to biden biden biden.

pathetic, in a hundred different ways.

Biden is the one who was president during the first 15 months of the war. Biden did not ask them for a ceasefire, contrary to what he was telling the American people. Biden did not listen to his experts at state who said Israel was violating international law. Biden kept the weapons going, contrary to US laws. Biden could have pushed Israel to stop. He didn’t even ask them.

Trump being a horrible human being and horrible president does not give Biden a pass on Gaza.

You got the Trump you wanted. Pathetic.

I didn't want Trump and I didn't vote for Trump.

But you are blaming voters who clearly wanted a different policy (ceasefire and end to the war). Biden/Harris said they were trying to get the ceasefire, but their actions at the time made it pretty clear that that wasn't what they were pushing for. Now it has come out that yes, they were lying. They didn't even ask for a ceasefire. Yet, you are still putting the fault on voters, when it should be on Biden/Harris.

Yes, I blame the voters who cut off their nose to spite their face. Look around, bub. Things seem to be going well? There is a concept called "triage" - I am up early editing a blog on this very topic, so it's fresh in my mind. You work to find the best outcome given available resources. Does this seem like the best outcome? It doesn't to me. But I know - you hate Biden enough that you will starve all the Gazans to death just to show us all.

Could Biden have handled things better? Probably! This is a centuries old conflict that was set on fire by Oct 7, and is maintained by an evil man trying to keep himself relevant and out of jail. (Sound familiar?) I don't claim to have answers about how the US could have done more to protect Palestinians while also recognizing that Israel does have a right to protect itself. (Call me all the names you want to now - I know they're right there on the tip of your tongue. You spit them out so prettily, don't you.) I guess you have all the answers - you always have all the answers. Hopefully Trump is listening when you present them. He's interested in peace, right? He's letting Netanyahu do whatever he wants in Gaza because - reasons reasons reasons. Golden statue, beach resort, ethnic cleansing - all the things you still harp on Biden about even though we're now 101 days into the next guy's presidency.

I agree with some of your points and disagree with a lot of your points. For one, Israel is not doing any of this in order to protect themselves.

I think the pro Palestinians should have voted for Harris in swing states. Because she was the lesser of the two evils. John Oliver had a great segment right before the election and I shared it widely, including on this site I think.

But I feel like you are missing the point. Biden was president. We got Trump because of what Biden, Harris, and the democrats in charge did. Blame them for not listening to voters. Blame them for not ending the war.

The democrats, as the only alternative party, need to change. The Israel/Gaza policy is just one example of them being out of touch with their voters and instead beholden to special interests.

You need to stop with this point. We all know both parties are beholden to Jewish American donors and their #1 cause is Israel. They are still supporting Israel after two years of war on the Palestinian people.

Harris would have the same policy on Palestine as the current President and her and all that came before her. You don’t become the Senator of California without kissing the ring.

Her spouse is Jewish. Are they still married?

NP. Are you being sarcastic?

Palestinian supporter voted for Trump because they knew that Biden and Trump admins would both finance their genocide, and they wanted to take America down with them by giving America to Trump to burn.
