Blue Origin Space Flight - All Female Crew

It was all so brave and easy to say it is easy because they all came back in one piece. They all looked beautiful-don’t be jealous that they all looked so pretty. Sheesh.

I apologize, Astronaut Barbie.

Sad that this is in entertainment. Pretty sure the all male submarine victims were at least in off-topic.

Were they wearing skimpy costumes and pimping it on talk shows? Did the submarine tourists include celebrities? No? Ok then.

The issue for me is all of the propaganda around this joyride like it is some amazing accomplishment.

This^.

Sad state of affairs.

So tired of billionaires wasting money and resources. They did nothing useful. Just went on a self-indulgent joyride. No need to glorify them.

Can you write coherent sentences?

Didn't think so.

This^.

This is it for me too. This was luxury entertainment for them and when they try to equate it to the work and research actual women in the space industry perform, it is insulting.

It was a live advertisement for Blue Origin and attention grabbing and legitimacy seeking PR stunt for wealthy passengers.

On that it was likely successful. But what a travesty that they were able to commandeer the English word "crew", and pretend to be "female empowerment" to be repeated by media and DCUM, for their utter nonsense.

This was an expensive uber ride to gods knows where cause it sure wasnt space. Katy Perry has 11 minutes up "there" and she spends a good deal of it looking into a camera holding a flower with a dumb look on her face. Gail being indignant that no one is impressed. Hilarious. R Give me a break. The real astronauts that were stranded for months in actual space.....now that's fascinating. I want more stories on them.

Indeed. Utter nonsense.

Jessica Chastain shared this post from a guardian and it sums the whole situation up nicely. Just look at the many articles on how Katy's hair and makeup was ~flawless~ why is their beauty even a topic of discussion in regards of space travel. We are going backwards as a society

This^. Public wants to hear about experiences of real astronauts. Sunita Williams doesn't need to hold a flower or wear sexy costume or do live TickTock. That's a woman who earned her stars and stripes and traveled million miles for women empowerment.

Gayle saying she is an astronaut now ....
I fly on planes....it doesnt make me a pilot. Celebrities are truly idiots.
