High Paying Careers for non academically inclined students

He started out $10K more than me. (We began our careers together.) He also received a signing bonus. Meanwhile, I spent a lot of my first paycheck buying supplies for my empty classroom.

There’s the potential for a good salary in law enforcement.

Of course. I'm just saying that it is unlikely for police officers to start at entry level for $90,000 per year. (Obviously the same for starting teachers)

I was not and never became academically inclined, but am smart and got degrees from third-tier schools as a B at best student. I make a ton as a consultant now.

Luxury car sales - if you are good at sales you work your way up to manager and some make it to corporate. Its a luxe life working for VW or Toyota US headquarters and many of the execs are from humble beginnings Learning to play golf is a huge advantage.
