ONE of the tragedies is that this happened and caused a lot of trouble for Baldwin and his wife and therefore, their kids. Trying to parent 7 kids when they didn't know if he was going to jail or would ever work again would be difficult. Yes, they have money and nannies, but I think she's a present parent. And probably wasn't for a time because this happened.

That surely was difficult for the Baldwin family, but it's nothing compared to the tragedy experienced by the family of the deceased woman. Using that in the promo clips for the show is insensitive and unnecessary but on brand for grifters.

I don't know specifics, but my general impression is "dwindling" is apt. He had some interview awhile ago (I believe cited in the locked thread) where he seemed stressed beyond belief he has a high maintenance wife and SEVEN young kids (nanny for each! Interview taken from a 13k a night suite!) plus all these lawsuits to deal with in what should be his golden years nearing retirement. The interviewer noted Hillary looked cowered and was silent. They were also selling off real estate. I don't think they're going to be on the street or anything, but I do think they're feeling the financial pressure. I mean, this is all him and he's made his choices and now has to do what he has to do I guess (apparently, that's pimp out your family on a cheap reality show) but I don't think it's a particularly enviable situation no matter how Hillary likes to spin it.

Compared to most of the US they are still extremely wealthy but yes the net worth has likely dwindled. Pimping out the kids on a reality show was not the best choice, for the kid's sake or for shoring up the financial situation. Reducing expenses would have been a better solution.

Yeah it’s weird because be grew up in a big very middle class family (as did I). The sensible thing for them to do would be to sell it all, buy a nice house ( of a lmansiom) in weschester with a decent school district, fire all the Nannies, and live like UMC normies.
