Hi, I've gone through long off and on phases of DCUM but years ago the Hilaria Baldwin fake Latina scandal sucked up a LOT of my time on DCUM. A friend just forwarded a recent Instagram of her still at it, and I came here to find the snark? Is there a thread?

Alec has become mostly irrelevant in the past 5 years, and the scandal was a huge turn-off for most people regarding her and her influencing/marketability. But yea she is still a huge fraud who is not from Spain, like at all, and who speaks English as her first and primary language. Such a weird cosplay.

I can't imagine how odd it must be to live with someone pretending to be Spanish. Do you think she keeps the fake Spanish accent up in private?
