Are women offended if a man says he prefers a natural woman who doesn't wear makeup?

I wasn’t offended when DH told me he preferred not trimmed or waxed.
So I can’t imagine being offended by someone saying they prefer no makeup. But I also understand that it is preference not a requirement.
