Her military experience in the Guard doesn't sound like she would have acquired much intelligence experience there. In Iraq she worked in logistics with a medical company in her Natl Guard brigade. She later worked in Civil Affairs in West Africa.

Take a look at the current director and predecessors and tell me you think she has the necessary competencies.
