If the federal money isn’t kicked back to the states it will be an absolute disaster.

This really shouldn’t even be a political thing. My great grandmother was educated in a log cabin with a slate and chalk tablet and sharing books. She read and studied insatiably and was very well educated.

Your great grandmother was the exception, not the rule.

Lack of education leads to higher crime. Enjoy that, I guess.

Only because you think schools and teachers should be playing a role that properly belongs to families and parents. Enough outsourcing of child rearing!

Oh yeah, especially when your role model is Trump and the parents that voted for him. Don't complain when they come grabbing you by the pussy.

PP - DCUM Trumpsters believe that the "they let you" in Trump's audio means that women are proffering their pussies. He was misunderstood.

Ok, what does it mean?

This is the plan. The poor will have log cabin schools and the wealthy will have tutors from England.

yes, if Uncle Sugar in DC doesn't take his cut and provide, it's the end of the world. Because the planet revolves around our overlords in Washington.

You don't know what's best for you. THEY know what's best for you.

I know you're being sarcastic, but follow the $$ with these guys.

Red states, who are already have atrocious education ratings, will stay terrible or get worse and blue states will continue to excel.

Most of the problems people have with their child’s school need to be taken up with their local school board

Well, if you've been in these parts for long (USA) a majority of both women and men understood it to mean that he grabbed those pussies without asking first. Especially in light of the 69 women who have come forth insisting it was not consensual. The only place I've heard a woman say it was was on DCUM this last week.

I shudder to think of these outraged mommy brigades who have zero expertise, but 100% feels, making decisions about education.

We've had a Department of Education for close to 50 years.

I keep hearing the blue states are way ahead of the red states.

So with that department in existence, that's where we are. You seem to be tripling down on failure?

Do you ever steer or just keep mashing down on the accelerator and doing more of what doesn't work (and forcing it down people's throats)?

Your results up until now SUCK, and you're telling us to embrace more suckage? Got any other ideas.

No, according to democrats, we just have to keep going down the path of failure.

The top 10 best educated states are all blue states. It won’t change them. The poor states like Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, etc will be negatively affected.

https://scholaroo.com/report/state-education-rankings/

New York is ranked 6th.
California is ranked 40th.

California has the highest illegal pop @ 1.9 and NY has the lowest @ 600K. CA has a significantly larger amount of kids to educate with EASL as does Texas and Florida. Virginia is a state with a low population of illegals and Arizona, Georgia and NC fall into the moderate pop group. God speed and good luck.

The reason blue states are doing better is because they pay an astronomical amount in property taxes to cover the funds locally. Education is already heavily controlled by the states.

I guess the goal is to keep everyone stupid and poor.

That’s already the case

Anyone with a kid with an IEP better be good at keeping records and adjusting your expectations. If you move from state to state the rules will be different. If the state budget changes, your kid's services may decrease. Fun times.
