What is the nicest compliment you've ever received?

Love these!

I have been told by ppl that I'd just met or interacted only briefly that I was a class act or that I was kind.

FBI needs brains in office as well, not just bodies with brain in field.

“You’re the most competent person I have ever known”

My DH said this. Ironically though it was said in an argument with a bit of contempt.

I felt seen though.

Beautiful inside and out is what I receive most and I really dislike it.

That is good. I'd love to be that person.

One of the best compliments I have ever rec'd was from someone that I dated. He told me that I am exactly who I say I am. Given the fact that I met this person online and that so many people misrepresent themselves in so many ways, I appreciated him recognizing that I wasn't going to be anyone but myself and who I said I was.

My ex brother in law who I never got a long with called me a free spirit. I was so pleased.

A boyfriend once said that he had never enjoyed sex as much before he met me. He was in his 30s and I was in my 20s and it made me feel good. I pride myself on being open and fun in bed and able to communicate well about what I need.

One of my ex boyfriends used to actually swoon over me. It wasn’t an act and he tried to hide it. But there were times when I would touch him and he would give me this helpless, adoring, melty look. Like he couldn’t control himself and was totally enchanted.

It’s been 20 years and I still picture the look he gave me when I feel down.
