I was where I received no gun notice or fight memo. Where were you? |
DP I mean they CAN send to private school. But you’re not getting any greater college outcome. If that’s why you’re there. You can argue that the environment is safer - but most kids graduate MCPS without having been touched by violence at school. My kids haven’t - I have one about to graduate and one in 10th grade. |
There was a shooting today?!? |
Yes, privates are generally safer than public. Duh! Have you been living in a cave? Why do you think this thread was started? Look at the title. |
Ah, I see. It’s okay to bring the gun to school. Got it. |
Wow you are sheltered and clueless. |
Do you think the principal wrote that letter for fun? You want a shooting? |
Long and Mui |
No, I choose to keep my children in safer environments. Sheltered from guns and fights. Yeah, I’ll pick that. You’re clueless and irresponsible. |
Hey people, if you don’t want your kids around guns or fights, you’re clueless and sheltered. Bad, bad!!! |
Thread was to talk about an incident at a school. No one is interested in hearing from a parent who sends kids to private school. There is another forum for such parents. |
Nah you're the clueless and sheltered one. You have no idea what's going on inside your kid's school. |
It is not irresponsible to send your kids to public school. No matter how much you want to make yourself look better by saying it. |
Tell that to my friends whose kid was shot at at Burke… |
And many have been touched by violence like mine. |
