or just vote Apple ballot since that thread is full of misinformation

Don’t vote the Apple ballot. Vote for the candidates, which you think will represent your views the best. The Apple ballot has an agenda, and they have brought us the current board of education. The apple ballot has endorsed the current BOE who have put us in this current situation.

I did that. Coincidentally, the candidates who represent my views the best are also the candidates on the Apple ballot. And the Apple ballot endorsed 0 out of 3 incumbents.

Did y'all receive another survey from MCPS asking for feedback about the Remind app? Classic, MCPS. This is their way to detract from the major problems such as news out of BCC! OPTICS bullshit.

+1 consider that the majority of students who are hurt by violence are black and brown kids. Or, maybe MCPS admins are trying to make it more equitable by letting violence grow in schools that are not majority black/brown.

Alternatively, this is their survey asking for feedback about the Remind app, which was scheduled to go out this afternoon, and did go out this afternoon. Put the aluminum foil back in the drawer.

Hi MCPS lawyer! Or are you BOE candidate Harris standing up for MCPS?

*So* many teachers -- like me --and staff at my school send their kids to private. So did my teacher sister. We work in MCPS schools and certainly do not send our kids here. I miss the 90s when MCPS was actually a good school system.

That's nice you are comfortable enough to send your kids to private but many of us are not. In the 90's it wasn't good either...

That pretty much tells me whatever I need to know about candidates. I was not impressed with the options but I really can't handle who we have now!

The incumbents are: Rebecca Smondrowski, Shebra Evans, Lynne Harris
