Worst people in DC but Spring Valley is much more dangerous.

What's wrong with people in AU Park and Spring Valley?

Just read practically any post on this board and you'll see.

"I make $500,000 a year and I'm poor," "For absolutely no reason I'm going to make a condescending post about how little I eat," "I read about one single crime in my extremely safe lily white rich enclave and now I'm terrified," "is it tacky to summer in OBX instead of Nantucket?"

I can tell you it ain't folks in Petworth or Trinidad making these insufferable posts.

I don't disagree that these people are annoying, but don't think they're worst than the ones in Petworth/ H St etc that act all self righteous and "edgy" about living in their gentrified neighborhood (that may be more expensive - cough cough Mt Pleasant) and then eventually move to some Virginia suburb or CCMD.

That's why one buys a home with a garage or a carriage house.

I think Anacostia is doing very well now. Used to be bad. Worse is still Barry Farms

And if "one" knew anything about Georgetown, "one" would know only 19% of houses/condos have parking. Doesn't matter what you spend. Now move along, please.

It’s filled with the worst kind of fakes and strivers DC has to offer.

This describes most of ward 3

I got Fauci and Zients in my neighborhood. Are they above reproach?

Yes, they are. You sound like an insufferable gas bag.

Why share your opinion of a place if you have not set foot in these neighborhoods in years?

Barry Farms is a fenced-off field/construction site right now: https://maps.app.goo.gl/hX8mfPDTvs1rsJhP9?g_st=ic
