I think my goal wieght is in the 120s. I am actually a bit under 5'2, so it will also depend on how the weight settles on my body. I would love to keep losing a pound a week at this point. |
Are you really working out hard (ie lifting heavy, and doing cardio until the limit of exhaustion) like you say? It doesn’t sound you exercise hard. If you did, there is no way you could survive on 1,200 calories to sustain such an effort. |
NP. People are different. News flash, I know. We've heard from women on this thread who are 5'2" to 5'8". Lots of women are taller but probably didn't click on this thread because 1200 is completely unrealistic for them. Yes, some western adults need 1600 calories a day to maintain. Others are happy on 1200-1300. It depends on the person. Let's not judge by our own standards, but encourage everyone in their own goals, regardless of how they measure up against our own. |
