In no particular order -

When I was 16 I won a $250 gas grill in a contest at the grocery store. My parents had just bought a new grill so I sold it and kept the money.

I received a $200 pewter bowl from my Buy Nothing group. It was made by a regionally famous artist from my hometown.

A gorgeous solid wood drafting table I got from a dumpster when I lived near an art school.

My second child. He was a surprise after spending $$$$ on fertility treatments for our first.
