I agree the comments about her face are uncalled for. But I certainly hope parents are pointing out how entirely photoshopped this is, if they are talking about it at all. It’s important for children to be aware of and recognize image and media manipulation. It is true that these pictures do not look a lot like her other images out there, and that is not only okay to point out, it’s important to teach kids to recognize that kind of difference.

It means that her breast implants were sized, shaped and/or placed badly and she should get a refund from the surgeon. She has a gap between her implants which looks terrible. For contrast, some women have naturally wide spaced breasts and they do not look terrible. The implants put strain on the skin making them look horrible. Google Tori Spelling before she had them redone.
