It's sort of an accident because the doctor tells you your skin will stretch and they will end up looking natural. But everyone's body is different and you can't really predict how your body and skin will actually reaction until after they're in.

But with thin women, if you're not born with big breasts, you never look natural getting anything above a B. Victoria Beckham is another who comes to mind.
