| Maret now $51k for US. 10% increase. |
| Holton just got ours $55,250 (4.3% increase across the board) |
A 10% increase?!? Are you sure? |
Last year was $46k this year is $51k. It's actually a tad higher than 10%. |
Who says it's better? |
That’s a huge jump! Is that an all inclusive price (e.g., lunch, yearbook, fees (including technology/computer)? |
I guess Maret does need cash. |
It's tuition and lunch. There aren't any other fees other than textbooks for US. There is a one time new student fee of $1500 they've always had. They had a marginal increase last year when other schools went up pretty high. Even with a 10% jump, they appear to still be $5-7k lower than most DC independents. |

Insurance/benefits are is a significant problem for corporations and nonprofits alike.
My organization’s benefits and insurance expenses have increased 22% and 18% in the past two years. That’s where the real anger should be placed. It’s not an excuse, and some of these schools may suck at managing their money. It can’t account for the entirety of the increases, but it’s a huge impact. |
Ok, thanks for clarifying. Is there a computer/laptop fee or is it included in the tuition? |
What facts did you just show with your link? Did it show that "Sidwell consistently sends a higher percentage of graduates to Ivy+ colleges than the W schools"? Do you know what fact is, a-hole? Idiot |
You clearly struggle with reading comprehension. You must be a W school graduate. 😝 |
You bring your own device |
Ok, but does Maret provide free technical support? |
Whoa. That reflects poor planning on the board's part. |
