| You could try working out when you’re on parental leave (after getting clearance from your Dr) to help ease into a routine and figure out your needs. My son is a toddler now and my workout preferences/ schedule change every 6 months or so- when he started sleeping through the night, when I stopped breastfeeding, when he started daycare, when I started going into the office more, when I started more cardio again, when something changed with DH’s work schedule, etc. It’s a process and needs to be fluid. |
