Kate Middleton - fit and athletic

Lol are you blind? Do
You not see the definition of her arms and thighs?!

She’s not a body builder but that woman is lean

She's always been athletic. That experience has actually been a great fit for her job.

I am sure she watches her weight but it's healthy food and exercise not starvation. She looks great.

She has an ED and no one is helping her. Seeing her makes me feel sad. I hope she can heal from it.

She is very athletic and muscular (and lean), does not at all look like she jas an ED - her hair alone makes that clear, it is gorgeous and thick vs the women I have known with EDs have thin, breaking hair.

It's cute that you think that is her natural hair.

You think she wears a wig?? Her hair has looked the same since we first started seeing photos of her almost 20 years ago.

My best friend is a tip-top athlete with this physique. She eats like a horse. I doubt Kate has an ED. The confusion stems from the fact that most people would need an ED to look that way. She just has small bones and a good metabolism. Lucky her.

Oh my. You just sound insane, but I've come to expect that from the Kate-haters. Just so bizarre. She is lean, muscular, and fit.

She can be lean, muscular, and fit, and have disordered eating. I doubt she has a full blown eating disorder, but, my guess is that many of us would consider her eating habits rigid. She is likely one of those folks who doesn't eat when they are nervous, etc.

What are you basing this on? Restaurant owners have come forward to share her love of desserts like sticky toffee pudding, she bakes with her kids and she drinks wine at state occasions. This isn’t someone who doesn’t know how to balance and her strong physique and performance speaks for itself.

It’s genetic. Look at photos of her mom who was so striking as a younger woman and still very attractive. She has a similar build. They are naturally lean people. I have a friend (and her mom) that have no ED, very close and sane type of effortless body.

Yes. Look at the sisters and mom together:

Dad and brother also lean.

Had not really seen her family photographed beyond Pippa, but yeah, they are all v trim, and really, in person, they’re probably all plain skinny.

Still think Kate looks a little too thin but does seem like genes is lions share of the reason…

No it doesn't. It's much thicker now. She wears falls and such.

Bot? This sounds so strange.

There are some weird Kate fan girls here. It’s hard to tell the difference.

You know people’s weight fluctuates over their lifetime, due to many different reasons, right? She looked great in college and she also looks great now.

You are truly grotesque to even suggest that a healthy, athletic, fit woman must have an ED. Must be because the only way YOU would look healthy and fit is if YOU had an ED. So much projection.

Exactly. Women who don’t have those genetics want to feel better about themselves by insisting EDs must be at play. Pretty pathetic. I was asked all throughout my life if I was anorexic - even though I ate like a horse and never gained a pound. Some women are just thin. And Kate Middleton is so well-proportioned and fit. Nothing scrawny or unhealthy looking about her.

Her earrings are actually affordable!

I think she looked good too. I have noticed Kate’s clothing choices have changed since the Queen’s death. In this particular photo, the V neck shows more skin than she used to show. We have seen a little more leg in some pictures too. Has anyone else noticed this?

I agree with this. There was also coverage of her wearing red nail polish, for example, which she never wore when the Queen was alive. It seems like she's getting (very slightly) more daring with her looks.

The thing I wish she would give up is the raccoon eyeliner - does she really need that heavy black eye makeup at daytime events? Though it's kind of impressive that it never smudges or runs, even when shes' playing tennis.

I thought I read somewhere that she got it tattooed on.

She is likely one of those lucky people who can eat whatever she wants and not gain a pound. Like I was and like many thin women are - often until they hit menopause and sometimes even after that. You just can’t fathom that because your don’t have a fast metabolism.

I'm a thin size 0 with a fast metabolism and I think she has an ED as many inside leaks have hinted at over the years.

I think so too. Her mother and sister’s hair is nowhere as lush.

I have noticed in general British women tend to do this. To me it looks low-brow, ironically, given that Kate does it.

I think it’s tattooed. That’s why she always has it.
