Kate Middleton - fit and athletic

Right, right... no muscle tone on her! None at all!

Kate is way too thin. She looked her best at her college weight.

Her earrings are actually affordable!

I disagree. Red and gold for a daytime outdoor event? Nope. Beatrice actually look great.

She’s too thin and will probably end up with a hunched back from osteoporosis from lack of nutrients. I hope I’m wrong.

I agree the red dress was an unusual misfire.

She is fit because it is her job but she is not athletic.

+ 1 Totally agree. She is fit as that is what she does with her massive amounts of help and resources to look that way. She is a good looking woman to begin with but with all the extra resources she is able to look that way all the time in public.
I think she has very good classic styles taste that works best on her type of body. Some of the clothes she wears won't work on others.

However I don't like her or the institution as the British Monarchy ruled the world and stole all the jewels/wealth from other countries and local folks going back to Henry VIII.
The wealth they have is stolen wealth - yet they try to put on an air of how much service they do. They are the richest family in UK - they even have their own food source from their own farms.
How they can comment on aggression that others are doing when they did it themselves for over 100 years.

Roger Federer is self made - not Kate - she made sure to marry William.

Same. Yah, she is pretty, but she is also pretty boring, and so was her path to fame. And her husband is unattractive.

+1

She has an ED and no one is helping her. Seeing her makes me feel sad. I hope she can heal from it.

She is very athletic and muscular (and lean), does not at all look like she jas an ED - her hair alone makes that clear, it is gorgeous and thick vs the women I have known with EDs have thin, breaking hair.

Oh my. You just sound insane, but I've come to expect that from the Kate-haters. Just so bizarre. She is lean, muscular, and fit.

She can be lean, muscular, and fit, and have disordered eating. I doubt she has a full blown eating disorder, but, my guess is that many of us would consider her eating habits rigid. She is likely one of those folks who doesn't eat when they are nervous, etc.

What are you basing this on? Restaurant owners have come forward to share her love of desserts like sticky toffee pudding, she bakes with her kids and she drinks wine at state occasions. This isn’t someone who doesn’t know how to balance and her strong physique and performance speaks for itself.

It’s genetic. Look at photos of her mom who was so striking as a younger woman and still very attractive. She has a similar build. They are naturally lean people. I have a friend (and her mom) that have no ED, very close and sane type of effortless body.

I think she looked good too. I have noticed Kate’s clothing choices have changed since the Queen’s death. In this particular photo, the V neck shows more skin than she used to show. We have seen a little more leg in some pictures too. Has anyone else noticed this?

I don’t think the style of her clothing choices have changed, but she looks more elevated— hair and makeup look more polished and I think her clothes are more expensive and more perfectly tailored. Not that she looked sloppy before but everything looks sharper and more perfect now.

She’s literally richer than she used to be because when she and William became prince/princess of Wales, they gained access to a huge duchy associated with the title. So I think she’s just spending more money on everything now, and it shows.

+1 I think you have nailed it. She looks so noticeably better, but I see no evidence of work other than Botox. Maybe laser skin treatment? Or perhaps a combo of upgraded wardrobe, hair and minor cosmetic interventions.

Yeah, I think it's a bunch of little stuff. Her clothes aren't even noticeably more expensive -- she's still wearing the same designers for the most part, but I think she must have access to really top notch tailoring. She's always liked things to be tailored really close to the body but I think they are taking more time with this and everything lays just perfectly and really accentuates her figure. Like even the tennis outfit she is wearing in that outing with Federer -- I guarantee those pieces were tailored because they are hitting exactly right and skimming the body but not too tight. I think she must have some very good (and expensive) tailors on staff now, whereas before perhaps they were hiring out. Everything just look so perfect.

Regarding her hair, it looks more done now. Even when she wears it down or in a ponytail, it looks more polished. Same with her makeup. She's also wearing heavier makeup for daytime events (it was already pretty heavy!) but it's very expertly applied and looks cleaner, especially her eye makeup. Again, I think she's got better people on staff.

But probably also some extra cosmetic procedures as well to keep her looking "refreshed". Botox and skin surface intervention -- I really do not see any evidence of fillers and she's still letting her face age. I think her goal is to look her age but the most perfect version of it she can achieve. And she now has the means to do that.

She always had the means to do that. Even I have the means to do that.

It's cute that you think that is her natural hair.

I think of her as being painfully thin but she does have muscle tone in her legs and always looks great when she does sporty things. Well-known her hair is not all-natural however.

I agree with this. There was also coverage of her wearing red nail polish, for example, which she never wore when the Queen was alive. It seems like she's getting (very slightly) more daring with her looks.

The thing I wish she would give up is the raccoon eyeliner - does she really need that heavy black eye makeup at daytime events? Though it's kind of impressive that it never smudges or runs, even when shes' playing tennis.

I love her Ascot outfit. She has been killing it since last fall.

She is pretty much perfect in my view. And certainly athletic.
