Quesadillas. Quick and easy plus you can load with frozen veggies if you like.
I always grill the cheese on the pan first to golden then I put it in the tortilla with frozen corn. Or you can do ham/cheese. |
| I had a big bow of sliced tomatoes with a round of burrata for lunch, extra salt and pepper. The tomatoes are finally in season! |
| ham and cheese sandwich with apples on the side |
Ewwwwwww I don’t eat carby Frankenfood. |
g Heat a couple of cans of progressive lentil soup. Microwave carrots, dice and throw in with lots of olive oil. Sauté some already washed in a bag mixed country greens with olive oil and garlic. Add greens to soup, too with freshly grated Parmesan and through a few croutons in there and some Tabasco. |

Relatable Little dal packages sometimes. Microwave or be classy and heat some water But where are you finding decent avocados? I fear they've gone the way of fresh tomatoes. You get one good month and then it's suck city for 11 months |
| Trader Joe’s has the best avocados |
This was my reaction to that comment (and I haven't posted any meal ideas here, fattening or otherwise lol). First of all, equating thin=healthy as a direct correlation is problematic, and incorrect. While morbid obesity obviously isn't good for your health, you can be thin and very unhealthy. And a couple extra pounds does not necessarily detract from your health, particularly dependent on your frame. Also, thinking that chicken and vegetables are the only things that constitute a healthy diet and/or you you'll be overweight and/or unhealthy (again, because they are NOT necessarily the same thing) if you eat things that are not those is also incorrect. |
Oatmeal and fresh fruit? Seems fine to me. If it works for breakfast, it works for dinner, too. |
Yum. I want this now. |
I like Progresso’s Lentil Soup with Roasted Vegetables. It already has carrots and other vegetables in it. I like to serve it over rice. Greens are a great idea. Maybe next time I’ll throw in some spinach. |
Us too but tall and active. Also not obsessed with being thin thin. |
| For true "I just can't" evenings, we have frozen pizza. when I have a little more energy, I will saute tilapia (always keep some in the freezer) in olive oil and lemon. I put some seasoning salt on the tilapia first. I got the "recipe" from a whole foods demo. |
