Is it weird that contractor’s GF poops in my powder room?

This is the funniest sh*t I've seen all day. I'm going to have to work this into a conversation somehow. Just know, if you hear someone making cholera references, she reads DCUM too.

I just don’t like too much weirdness around me!

Same, PP. Same.

Yeah, I’m done. I already reached out to other mowing companies. This was too much for me.

You’ve never had a friend use your bathroom?

Poop and not clean up? No. Do your friends leave poop stains at your house.

I’ve never cleaned a friend’s toilet after using it. How odd an expectation. Do you also expect your guests to wash their plates after you serve a meal?

You cannot possibly be comparing ketchup on a plate to skid marks on a toilet.

I’m saying that expecting a guest in your home to clean any part of it is ungracious hosting.

That’s a crazy take.

If a guest makes a mess in your home, most likely they should clean it. Now, of course, there are levels of mess, but skid marks in the toilet is Level 10 - Must Clean.

Put loose marbles in the medicine cabinet to see if she’s snooping.

I think what gets me here is the class dimension. OP clearly labeled the person as The Help. It wasn’t “a guest” did this, but one of “them” did it.

^ Absolutely ridiculous post.

Is it too much to ask to flush a second time? That’s all it takes.

I'd say she can use it, but she'd better clean up after herself. Make sure cleaning supplies are in there.

And if she opens it looking for cleaning product or spray...?

It’s just that I’ve never had a contractor (or their GF) poop when they ask to use the toilet. She did this on two separate occasions when she was with him while he mowed my lawn (which were short visits).

This time, she even left the toilet messy. 😵😵

Again, apologies.

Not asking for advice. 😝😝

(Yes, I will let anyone use my bathroom.)

No, it's not weird. Is she human? She might have issues down there and need access to a bathroom. I know I have that thing where if I get a rush of anxiety or excitement it revs up my insides and I have to go to the bathroom quickly.

I've had this happen before interviews and in the car on the way to something "exciting". She might be dealing with something similar?

I don't understand the premise of your question. It's not weird, I guess the weird part is that she has access to your bathroom and she has to go and you are noting it.

But if you are asking if it's weird because typically a contractor would just do their job, usually outside your home and then leave, yes that is normal. They don't usually ask to use your bathroom. If you don't want the lawn mower's wife to be in your home, then yes, I would contact another mowing company because it's not normal. I've never had a mowing company enter my home, they mow and and are gone and I don't even interact with them.
