No one has mentioned Gotham on HBO. So good, we were hooked with the story line.

OP again. Yes! We have watched cooking shows too.

Oh yea we watch diners, drive ins and dives

Please don't, it is an awfully staged show. And a lot of the places on there aren't really great they were just the ones in that area that could meet the production schedule and production demands.

My son hates anything with a laughtrack so that ruled out shows like Seinfeld. He loves Malcolm In the Middle , esp since it has Bryan Cranston from Breaking Bad. Goldbergs was also one of our pandemic shows. Freaks and Geeks?

I have 15, 12, and 6yo kids and watch things like Cook at All Costs or Is it Cake? together ... less a binge show but more as we have a half hour to spend together in the evening.

Reservation Dogs on Hulu.
Watching with my 17 year old and really enjoying. Funny but also really deep and emotional. Definitely off beat so be prepared.

Jack Ryan (action, not sitcom)
Barry (violent but funny)

Honestly, now that my son is 16 we watch anything we are both interested in. We do have a pact that we fast forward through sex scenes bc we both find them uncomfortable to sit through together.

My 16 year old son and I just started watching Jack Ryan- it's really good and we are both enjoying it, but there have been a couple of sex scenes that were really uncomfortable to watch. We laughed it off and fast forwarded too!

OP again—that’s really what this is about! Spending time together over a shared show we both enjoy! When shows like Never Have I Ever or Stranger Things end, they’re hard acts to follow IMO. We typically watch on weekends.

OP again-neither of our shows has ended. Just awaiting final seasons!

Abbott Elementary. 3 teens in my house and we all watch it together. It is hilarious.
