Son and I watched the following and enjoyed and I (mom) am seeking something else engaging to watch with my new 16 yo 10th grader.
We loved: Atypical Kim's Convenience (watched it twice) Stranger Things (amazing) Never Have I Ever (superb) Black-ish (watched over and over again) Modern Family (watched over and over) Please share what you have watched and enjoyed with your teen son. We tried Parks and Rec and The Office without success. TIA! |

Did you recently adopt him, OP? Step-son?
My 17 year old liked the Terry Pratchett mini-series, particularly Good Omens. You can read the books and see how they differ. |

Ugh. Not recently adopted and not stepson. Is there a relevance? I am looking for something to watch with him, not have him watch alone. |
| Not the PP, but you called him your new son twice OP. Can the rudeness |
OP here. I found this show painful to watch alone. I know some love it. I could see if it connects with him. |
He is a new 16 year old. Birthday last month. Young 16, not near 17. Thank you. |

Entourage Schitt’s Creek Arrested development |
I found OP’s wording confusing as well, and the response rude. Maybe OP, it would be helpful if you clarified (nicely) with something like “newly 16” or “just turned 16.” |

NP. You used language that seemed to emphasize that your son was a new addition to your family. Given that you appeared to highlight this fact, I also initially thought that it must be (to you) relevant to the inquiry. If you want people to help you, don't be an a$$. |

| Another vote for Wednesday! Do not watch Entourage with a 16 year old. It’s definitely 18+. |
