Does anyone have leads/links on how the bridge blew up? Was it the tanker truck? a missile? the boat under the span?

The most informed thinking is that it was a boat or submersible explosive device below the bridge. The explosive force came upward and lifted the road bed off the pylons mostly intact. If it was a missile, you'd see more crumbling and smaller pieces. The explosion was timed for exactly when the fuel train was traveling above - that is no coincidence.

The silence is crazy. Most likely it would have had to be a suicide bomber also by water unless it was a remote control boat. That would be quite impressive.

I think the Russians did pin it on a truck driver but I've seen no reporting in West on it.

Ukraine is exploiting any uncertainties about the attack by assigning blsme on internal conflicts within Russia.

The insistence by some that this attack — while an impressive accomplishment — involved something more complex than a truck bomb seems fantastical and contrary to the limited photographic and physical evidence available. Pointless speculation. The most salient point is there are hundreds of lorries stranded at a defunct airport facility and surrounding roads in Kerch needed to sustain the Russian war of aggression while awaiting ferry transport. The situation is operationally unsustainable for Crimea as severe rationing measures for the civilian population have been imposed.
