Is the next episode the last one? I'm not sure how they are going to wrap up this story line -- are we ever going to get back to the present?

They must be setting things up for a second season.

I really liked the first episode (1-3 or so). Now I can't stand any of the characters.

I'm not sure we are supposed to like any of the characters.

Yeah, I guess so. It's unusual to have a show where there is absolutely no one who is likable.

I like Bree and Evan, but mostly Bree.

Anyway, so obviously Stephen knows more about Macy and/or the incident than he is letting on. Also didn't he say he was in the car and he left her since he knew she was dead. Wouldn't he have been more beat up if he was in a car accident that killed someone.

I think Stephen causes current trauma. He is everything you would warn your daughter, sister, best friend about.

I know he didn't want any photo evidence of the weekend, but why was it important for him to have Pippa watch?

Is it because he recognizes Pippa's home life is as effed as his?

He's putting Pippa in her place because she suggested he update his profile photo to include Lucy; she does not believe a word he says (rightfully so).

He doesn't want to be seen/caught with Lucy. He knows "ex" girlfriend would not be pleased. Also just generally Harder to pass yourself off as single if you have couple photos on your social media.

I don't really see how it put her in her place. Who TF cares if his profile photo includes Lucy? Sick burn, Stephen

Loved the scene where Bree keeps it real with Stephen about why he's making small talk with her. Also, when she called him out on breaking the school's camera that she's stuck paying for....wish that would have gone on a little longer....Pippa must have told her.....

Sure, but I don't really see how it's an insult to Pippa.

My interpretation is Bree knew it was him just based on her feelings/interactions with him. She is a better judge of character than most of them, although Pippa also doesn't trust him.

Bree is the only good one so far, maybe Wrigley and pippa too a little?

I’m loving this series. It’s so juicy. Any recs on other similar shows to watch?

No, they are helping Drew hide his secret.

if Stephen hates Wrigley, why is he friends with him? He is so abusive to Lucy, I hate him so much.

I am watching an episode right now, will someone please tell Stephen to stand up straight. That slopping, ostrich -like turtle neck angle is actually pissing me off. How can anyone find that attract.

What the what?? Is this how it ends? Season 2? So many questions.

what did you all think of the finale? So many gasps!

yes, I am the PP. Did not read the book. Is this how the book ends too? With all these questions?

That was a wild ending. Stephen and Lucy are both horrible people. I don't like Diana, but her walking down the stairs and looking at Lucy was perfect.

I wonder (if there is a next season) what the mix of present day vs. past will look like.
