Which celebrities just seem like regular people

I know so many people who have run into Donnie at various places and everyone says how genuinely kind and friendly he is. Their home is fairly average for the area. Definitely not some new, gigantic mansion.

I know this is shallow as hell of me, but I just wish he would Crest White Strip his teeth. Every time he smiles, I cringe. Why doesn't Jenny take control here? It drives me nuts. His teeth are beyond yellow.

I will never, ever, ever forgive Jenny McCarthy for her anti-vaxx bullshit.

Same. She did a world of hurt.

I'm no fan of hers, but I think the only way she could do "a world of hurt" is if anyone was dumb enough to take medical advice from someone without a medical degree. That's on THEM, to decide to listen or ignore someone who is not a doctor or medical professional who spews their opinion. They should only be angry at themselves.

Omg. Grow up.

You grow up. The LATimes called her a public menace: https://www.latimes.com/business/hiltzik/la-fi-mh-jenny-mccarthy-antivaxxer-public-menace-20150127-column.html

I doubt there are many celebrities out there living like the proletariat. George Clooney has a mansion on Lake Como FFS. I don't begrudge him his success, and he seems like a good dude, but not exactly "normal."

Thank you. I am happy to hear that someone is polite, but that doesn't make them down to earth.

You’re right, but her celebrity made the anti vaxx movement seem normal and safe - it made it respectable. That’s damaging on its own even if most people remain too smart to listen. It makes it seem like there is a legitimate debate where there isnt one.

I had no idea they were a couple!

Yeah her anti-vax stuff helped mainstream that nonsense and now look where we are.
