More ad hominem attacks. Impotent words. |
100% |
Pearls of wisdom from unhinged bigots are impotent. You obviously have some frontal lobe issues but do go on.... |
There is some great imagery there. White men clinging to the idea that only white men are capable or worthy of studying dust. |
Yes - that was exactly my point about Ellis' blathering commentary. Youngkin and Ellis want to trash UVA - and all public schools/universities in VA - with their bigoted agenda. |
Ya fools didn't even read the evaluations. LOL. DEI was a minor addition. Next up in the old, white man list of gripes? Anything about your lawn? |
Seriously. And what about the PPP’s post was “made up”? It’s completely true. So telling that the PP is embarrassed to admit that. |
Facts: you made no points and don’t seem to know what “ad hominem” means. |
Are you just a troll or what? Why did you make two indisputably incorrect statements?
|
Except it isn't true. There's just an addendum of DEI and a couple of questions (out of a lot). Do you honestly think a professor shouldn't be held accountable for teaching their students in an equitable way? For representing diverse perspectives? There are also questions on their organization, their knowledge of the subject matter, their communication skills, their timeliness in grading, the reasonableness of the workload, their respect for students etc. |

I completely agree with this:
Bacon’s bottom line: Banning discrimination on the basis of ethnicity or race is a worthy goal. Taking extra pains to reach out to underrepresented groups for recruitment is a worthy goal (as long as standards are upheld). Making all students, of whatever background, feel welcome and comfortable is a worthy goal. However, giving 20% weight to a professor’s personal commitment to DEI amounts to an ideological litmus test that only left-leaning professors or spineless sycophants can pass. These guidelines will drive away professors and job seekers who don’t enthusiastically embrace social-justice orthodoxy. Diversity statements are a recipe for intellectual stultification and mediocrity, and they have no place in a free society. https://thejeffersoncouncil.com/enforcing-the-new-diversity-dogma/ |
You can “speak” and spew your idiocy all you like. No one whatsoever owes you a platform or a microphone. Next! |
Oh, sweetie, just stop. No libs we’re owned. We are laughing at you. |
And maybe student to keep her sign out of the world heritage site. |
On the contrary. Any professors who are driven away by allocating a fraction of their effort to DEI were probably too closed-minded and ineffectual anyway. By encouraging alternate perspectives we will end up stronger. |
