Gen Z is predicted to go all in on non-binary names.

It will be interesting to see if up-and-coming names stay non-binary or follow the usual Ashley/Shannon/Dana pattern of masculine to unisex to feminine.

Who in their right mind would name a boy Evelyn?

Evelyn Waugh’s parents (the famous writer).

His first wife was called Evelyn Gardner.

I think this trend of taking boy last names and making them girl names is stupid. I know so many Taylors, Madisons, Bradys and it's not great.

I knew three female Stuarts growing up in non-NOVA VA. I like it for either, but maybe more for a girl.

My 3x great aunt was Stewart. And her aunt and grandmother were Nicholas. This was in the 1800s.

Shelby and Reece are both family names. I wish I had used them. They would have worked for either sex.

Wow …so many terrible names in this thread pick a name you like and stop being so try-hard. This is like that ashhleighh Ashlynn blackboard name meme but with contorted names.

I really don’t think so. Non-binary will be the fashion and most people follow the fashion.
