If you allow someone else’s words to hurt you then you’ve already crushed your own life.

What are some others?

Here’s hoping for a boy 🥂

This is predominantly a boy name. Please don’t try to gender neutral all names.

Who in their right mind would name a boy Evelyn?

Evelyn Waugh’s parents (the famous writer).

I repeat: In the United States of America in the year 2022, who in their right mind would name a boy Evelyn?

Go away, PP. Your opinion wasn’t asked for and doesn’t matter.

Think of the kid involved. Don’t think about what’s trendy today. Very few boys would appreciate this name.

Spencer.

Gen Z is predicted to go all in on non-binary names.

But they won’t because they’ll become parents who name their kids normal names.

I really don’t think so. Non-binary will be the fashion and most people follow the fashion.

This isn’t fashion. This is lame American boredom.

Anonymous wrote:Ellis. My maiden name. I was determined to name my baby Ellis whether it was a girl or boy. It’s a girl.

I'm sorry but no, that's an awful name. I hope you call her Ellie.

NP. Ellie is sooo boring and bland and overused. Love Ellis!

Ellis is a big fat dude.

Nah Ellis is the big fat lady that you wait for hours to sing at the end of the opera, the one that always looks like a dude in a wig but it’s a chick or maybe it’s a dude or probably a chick but you’re never really sure. Either way you don’t care and sit back and enjoy Ellis, whose mere appearance on stage excites you because it signals an end to this long torturous evening. You smile at Ellis and quietly whisper to your wife how great Ellis is. She sees the joy in your eyes and smiles back- bonus points to you for ending the evening with your wife thinking you actually enjoyed the opera. You know when you get home you’ll probably have to listen to opera again but that time you won’t care, everyone wins when Ellis is involved. So yeah Ellis is great name, everyone loves Ellis.

+1 the new generation will hate their parents for doing this to them
