I still don't understand what you are looking for in a school. A school that teaches about bell hooks and other feminists? A school where all the leadership positions are held by girls? A school that offers professional development to teachers around sexism and bias? Something else?

More than likely, you will never understand what this person is looking for as they are trying to roil the waters of the culture wars.

Op~ PP respectfully… if this conversation is so uncomfortable for you that you need to make up a story of my intention, then you are free to not post and scroll on. I have two girls who need to thrive in a patriarchal society. I want a school that is not performative in its feminism and beyond giving girls confidence — though that’s a start.

It would be nice to hear from parents why they think their school is feminist and what they see in their children that demonstrates feminists values are forming and it’s not just from teaching at home.

NP here, respectfully, I still have the same questions, OP. If you could better explain what you are looking for in terms of feminist theory that would be helpful. If my definition of a feminist school differs from yours, won't be helpful. "What girls need to thrive in a patriarchal society" and "performative in its feminism" don't explain a lot. Would like to be helpful but really can't be.

Looks like it got deleted, but the original post used the term “lifestyle”.

Someone’s reporting all trans posts too. We’ll let the Supreme Court and NCAA handle that one.

Go away, bigot.

Lol. No such thing as gender, no such thing as feminist. Move on.
