TAHERZADEH “recruited” Witness 1 to serve as an employee of HSI. According
to Witness 1, because he/she believed that TAHERZADEH was an employee of HSI, he/she
agreed to pursue DHS/HSI employment through him. TAHERZADEH represented that he had
started the process of hiring Witness 1 as an employee of DHS/HSI and that he also had authority
to deputize individuals as employees of DHS/HSI.

22. As part of the “HSI recruiting process,” TAHERZADEH tasked Witness 1 to
conduct research into an individual who worked for the United States government as a contractor.
Specifically, this individual provided support to the Department of Defense and Intelligence
Community.

This kind of thing is NOT new in DC.

In 2017 a Yemeni foreign agent got a DHS employee to stalk an American family, including a 13 year old chlld, by fake posting/ trolling for deets on them on MOTH ( Moms on the Hill )

DC is a VERY small Fish bowl that runs on 20 something cheep kiss up labor, eager to please and get promoted.

Its child's play for the Mosad or any Intel agency from the MENA

With the exception of the Mossad misspelling, I agree with everything here.

I thought I read he’s from Kansas. Americans have all sorts of names. Stop the xenophobia.

Ah, so this is the most important thing to you.

Not the fact that this was allowed during the Trump administration, not that the Secret Service was accepting all this crap, not that a whole building was bugged by God knows who. Not that the president's wife was possibly in danger.

Dude, I’m horrified by this. These guys are POS, but we don’t need to be racist.

All right, who here was at Georgetown Law between 2009 and 2012?

I wonder what was going through the DHS employee's brain while he was stalking a family? These agencies have the power to ruin people's lives. Where do they get the nerve to hire idiots who are going to use the power to stalk a family? This is incredibly outrageous. I hope the family sued the DHS into the next century.

Both defendants are American citizens. But it’s not like American citizens ever commit crimes.

So if a postman was not assaulted in the building, this would still be going on. This is a total failure of the secret service and the FBI.

The story is not that these guys were impersonating federal law enforcement. The story is the secret service and other law enforcement officers did not think it was wrong or suspicious to receive gifts(bet the “gifts” spread malware) and free rent in penthouse for over 2 years.

I guarantee they set up IMSI Catcher and most likely had control over the officers phones and electronic devices. Very unprofessional.

Do you retain what you read? They had Iranian visas and one has a Pakastani passport.

The USSS has been a sack of dirtbags for a long time. For literally one of the most important jobs in the country, they’re showing their unfitness. Remember all their scandals while Obama was President?

Any chance they were not caught because they were known to Secret Service and the FBI?

This is a much bigger story than seems to be getting coverage for.

Nope. They were totally in the dark. Secret Service and FBI clueless.
