She called the police because she's terrible at her job and misinterpreted the flag for an over $10K withdrawal as an indication that the transaction was not allowed, and so therefore . . . robbery??? She should have asked someone what the flag meant. She did not, and I repeat: did not think it was a stickup when she got the note.
