You both sound out of patience with each other. It’s not worth litigating every detail of this. The main point is that you’ve gotten to the point where both of you have lost respect for the other, and expect the worst of each other. You can turn it around but it involves a huge commitment to personal happiness and marital respect.

2. how much of a raise would the certification give you--how long would it take for the class to pay for itself and then make you money?
