Low carb diet, but healthy style, not heavy cream and bacon every day. Don’t listen to the women saying you are crazy for trying to lose weight 🙄 I know what you are talking about, I gained weight after kids. I lost it all, but was around 130 (5’7) at one point too, and it was just too much for me. I did low carb for a while and became too skinny, so I started eating carbs again, but no gluten and added sugar. I do yoga almost every day. I don’t weigh myself, but my clothes fit just the way I like it and that’s what I need to know. I’m around 122 lb or so. The best way to start is to stop eating sides (unless it’s vegetables) and cut sweets. Buy keto sweets or high dark chocolate if you must (evolved is good chocolate) Good luck 👍
