Tell me your “one that got away” story…

Mine was a hs boyfriend (and occasional college age hookup) and I was too young to take any relationship seriously. I treated him pretty poorly (he worshipped me!) but I really liked him. He's now extremely successful and internationally recognized and apparently still a really nice guy, and very handsome! I still bump into his parents and sibling sometimes, too, and they're lovely. I'm happily married and have wonderful kids but it's wild to think of how things could have turned out.
