38 and about $375k, so yeah I was about $150k at 30. But I was in the south, better cost of living. Moved here 5 years ago and doubled my salary. I am in banking. Bonus is about 50% of my salary. Male.

There's a gazillion 27 year olds in big law firms in DC earning 180k+. But perhaps the "space industry" has better hours.
