I am not sure I like the direction of the new season. They’re turning thr show about teenage characters issues, like coming out as a gay teen, urban kid in Compton who was wrongly accused of plagiarism, PTSD, and teenage drug addiction.
I really hope it stays more of an adult show about sex and affairs and cheating and writing books. |

| I am finding it really slow and awkward. Its not good TV and it never has been. I was fast forwarding thru it today when I realized I should just turn off the tv. So I did. |

| They could have done so much more with Noah having been in prison for 3 years. He could have written a best seller, or he could have been stalked on the outside by a gang of prisoners. |

| I liked last nights episode. But I like the storyline with Cole and Allison. I can’t stand Helen. She adds no value and is just a whiny, spoiled, pain in the butt. I do agree that I would rather them focus on affairs and relationships. |

I agree. It seems like they wanted to be more commercial so they added these already overused plot lines. |

It’s very dark and a bit soap-opera-y this season, less existential and less deep; the characters are becoming a bit tiresome and less interesting. Maybe they’re just establishing things right now and it will get better.
I really dislike Helen, she’s insufferable but the actress who plays her does such a good job. |

New poster and I was so surprised to see it back. Everything I read said it was meant to be 3 seasons and that’s it. Not sure what happened but it is back sure enough. |

I'm a fan so I will watch the whole season, but so far I'm underwhelmed. How are they believably going to keep tying these peoples' lives together? I also fail to buy what is so great about Helen that keeps Vik interested.
Allison's storyline is so lame. I was pretty over her last season, too. "You saved my life." Please. I want to shout at that poor cute Iraq Vet STAY AWAY! She is nothing but trouble, and not worth it!! And since when is Luisa an illegal immigrant? How did she and Cole get legally married? it just feels like something they came up with so she can be mad at him all the time, again (well that and the continued hatred for Allison). |

| I just started watching this so I am very far behind but already learned I can't watch this show before bed - had a dream I cheated on DH with an ex-bf and with a coworker (all in the same night!) last night. |
