It’s as likely as not that any woman who married Harry would have had the lunatics be themselves regarding a pregnancy. How is this distinct from the crazy celebrities deal with in a remote way? It isn’t, but I’ll prepare myself for the exciting upcoming dissertation.

Just because this kind of behavior occurs with others doesn't mean it's justified. I think all death threats or threats of violence of all stripes are repugnant and vile. And I think we can all agree that when those kinds of things do happen, most people are on the side of the celebrity (or whoever in question) who chooses to distance themselves/put up a restraining order/fight back legally.

Not sure what your argument is here. I think it's a little deranged to think that anyone deserves to have violent threats against them simply because they're in the public eye.

No one justified a goddamned thing. Your high dudgeon is just terrible argument. Everyone under the sun in similar positions of fame had had insane theories, claims, threats lobbed at them. The things Meghan dealt with and will deal with are not unique, special, or notable in any manner. You’re tossing in this crap for a pity wank. It’s just kind of pathetic, but you’ve got a style and you’re gonna stick with it.

+1. Meghan’s incessant complaining about stuff like this is one of the many reasons people don’t like her. Yes, these kinds of threats are terrible. But all celebrities and public figures get them (including other members of the BRF). Unwanted attention from crazy people is part of the tradeoff one makes for being famous and living in the public eye. Acting like she’s uniquely vulnerable or was specifically targeted is delusional.

Yep pathetically trying to justify your hatred and unhinged persecution of this woman. 🤦‍♀️

How do you even argue with people who are so confidently wrong, so confident in their high-horsing self-righteousness? The f*ed up things that are said and claimed about Meghan would be f*ed up things regardless of who the target is. If someone threatened to stab, IDK, Selena Gomez in the stomach because they thought she was a narcissist faking a pregnancy, yes, I would have the same reaction.

You seem like sad, angry people.

What? Meghan hasn't even addressed the moonbump conspiracy. The fact that you bellends keep whinging on and on about how Meghan "incessantly complains" look like buffoons. She gave one interview. My god. Get a grip.

Agree. We don’t hear Kendall Jenner or Taylor Swift or whoever else whining about their security threats. They just handle it. They pay for security and get law enforcement involved. Threats and stalkers suck, but unfortunately that’s the trade off with fame and fortune.

I can't think of many other people who have endured the same tenor and volume of constant criticism and conspiracy-making and overall vitriol both from the tabloids and from her haters. There are entire internet communities and a genre of YouTubers dedicated to hating her. For a while the British tabloids would publish tons of stories about her on the daily.

Genuinely curious, what are the other examples, with evidence?

What? Taylor Swift speaks out against this kind of stuff and other issues on the reg.

"In 2012, Swift told Cosmopolitan U.K. she was "nervous" about stalker incidents and was "so grateful" to have a security team looking after her. "Over the past couple of years, it's got worse... I get told if there's been an attempt or a threat," she said at the time. "My security text me a picture and say, 'Look out for this dude; he's driven across the country, he's off his meds,' or something like that. No one has ever been successful in getting into my house or anything like that. I have an amazing security team." Scroll on for a look at 12 scary cases of alleged stalkers who went after Swift."

Can't speak for Kendall Jenner because I just don't follow her but typically the response to celebrities who speak about their experience with crazed stalkers or death threats is sympathy, not an angry, "Well you deserve it! Now shut up you attention-seeking narcissist while I continue to obsessively read and write about you!"

“Speaking out” is different from whining. Swift just acknowledged that it happens. I’ve never heard her complain about having to pay for security, for example. I think she understands that it comes with the territory.

And what are all the instances Meghan has “whined” about this?

Got it. ONE time she said she left the BRF in part because of security concerns.

Let’s crucify her. This definitely justifies breaking into her property (which happened multiple times by crazed stalkers.) No, better yet let’s stab her pregnant belly because she’s definitely faking the pregnancy (there are credible threats of stalkers planning this.) OR maybe let’s send white supremacists to kill her husband (there are already several in prison for planning attacks against Harry.) But let’s not forget SHE is the evil demon in this scenario. SHE is the crazy one for being concerned about security and speaking out ONE time.

Worse was her whining in Africa. IMO, it was hormones and culture shock speaking. But it was unfortunately terrible judgment.

Oh right. She thanked a reporter for asking her if she’s okay. The horror!

Kendall Jenner has been to court multiple times because of some psychotic stalker. I think she has a permanent restraining order against him. I can’t stand her but even I feel bad for her.
