Sounds like they were going to revoke bail, and he didn't want to go back.

According to the source, there are some questions about the bond package and there are some issues with the insurance company backing the bond.

Seeing more reports he is dead. I only feel badly that he''ll take secrets to the grave. Gotta wonder if they can get the girlfriend or friend to break. They have little leverage at this point.

I just hope someone can now led the authorities to Jennifer's body and give her family closure. Those children are better off with him gone, and I hope they receive the best mental health treatment available and can recover someday from this tragic family history.

I'm genuinely curious...was the news chopper just in the area and happened to manage to get on site quickly?

Usually the bodies are either already covered or moved. The fact that the police didn't get him on a gurney or to a hospital says he was very much dead. But don't they carry body bags or tarps in their trunks for this reason?

His lawyer is claiming he isn't dead and was taken to the hospital with a pulse.

I'll never understand cases like this. Why not just let the man die. Its obviously what he wanted. I see no point in trying to save him.
