| For those that want "proof" of Moore's pedophelia, I'm guessing more stuff will be unearthed before long. I doubt his tendencies evaporated overnight, there's probably stuff on his computer even. |
They have "peeped" plenty - to their friends and family over the years. Just now, they're also peeping to the press. Sort of like the Weinstein and Spacey sex abuse scandals. |
|
Certainly pedophilia is the point where the Republican Party draws a line in the sand and shows Moore the way to the door. Right? Because if they don’t, the Republican Party is broken.
Also, Moore may be on the ballots, but didn’t Murkowski lose a primary and win a write in campaign recently in Alaska? Alabama is very red. And 5 weeks is enough time to organize a writein campaign. I am from the South, and I do not get this stand by our pedophilia mentality. Nope. Your dump Moore. Wage a write in campaign for a solid Republican candidate. And in Alabama, you stand a fighting chance. Plus, you get to stop being the party of sex crimes and pedophilia, and become the party that took a risk to do the right thing. |
|
Hardly anyone excuses his behavior and just about all prominent Republicans who have commented on this say that IF the report is true, Moore has no place in the senate and should withdraw.
The real question is whether it is true and what is more important when it comes to the election next month, whether Alabamans who vote will be believe the reports. I would wager that unless there is more that comes out on these stories, they will view it as a hatchet job by the WAPO and Moore will be elected. What will carry weight in terms of Moore's claims that the story is fake is when he says that the WAPO actually endorsed his opponent so he will say they are in the tank for the Democrat and are trying to destroy him - and voters will believe him. |

GOP: WE believe Democrats ran a child sex ring in the basement of a pizza parlor that had no basement.
Also GOP: We don't believe the major newspaper story with 30 SOURCES about a Republican pedophile. |
This is the same Washington Post you loved a week ago, because they broke Donna Brazille and the primary was rigged on the eve of the VA election. They also broke email and leak scandals at inconvenient times for Dems last year. Their editorial board is liberal. They report news on both sides. Sorry this is bad for you. But the Donna Brazille stuff sucks for Democrats. |
Says she has a a Trunp voter. Unless you took her to the polls and watched her fill out her ballot, you’ve no clue |
I don't know who that ^PP is referring to, either, but here's the difference.. Christians aren't supporting and excusing a war criminal by quoting the Bible, nor is that war criminal running for a political office. What corrupt crew are you referring to? I guess we could just keep going.. "no real Christian would advocate raising taxes on the middle class but cutting taxes for the rich"... "no real Christian would advocate taking away funding to feed poor kids and elderly"... "no real Christian would excuse pedophilia using the Bible". |
WaPo can get her to say anything. They hate Moore. Apparently they had already endorsed the Democrat opponent. |
This. I want proof that she voted for Trump or it didn't happen. Probly trying to give herself some cred. |
I'm not sure why this would surprise you. Has the WaPo ever endorsed a candidate like Moore? I'm also not sure why it even matters, because I doubt the newspaper has many readers in AL. |
Whatever suits your political needs. 24/7. You should look it up now that you have become the Religious Right. |
This postmodern stuff about how nobody can really know anything about anything or anybody, and we all construct our own reality out of our own facts, used to be a liberal, Ivory Tower thing. When did the Republicans take it over? |
Obviously. Nothing else to go on. |
Either the women are telling the truth and Roy Moore is lying, or Roy Moore is telling the truth and the women are lying. Evidently you believe that Roy Moore is telling the truth and the women are lying. Why? |
